Our Story
We are the Lancaster family. We are co-owners of this farm with my dad, Fred Kenyon. K&L farms stands for Kenyon & Lancaster Farms. We were all born and raised here in Southern Idaho.
Hi! I’m Kayla. if you’re talking to us online, text or on the phone I’m who your are talking too! I do all the behind the scenes things. Buyer of all the fuzzy friends we own
, and wrangle the kids. I’m kinda like the dispatcher, I arrange and send the guys to go do the heavy lifting. We both work full time outside of the home, so we are constantly going.

Back in 2020 I came to the realization that things can change so quickly that we needed to step up and become as self reliant as possible. I also quickly realized the chemicals that were being put in everything we eat, put on our bodies, drink etc. So now my mission is to share this with all of you! I have created wonderful all natural body products. Three things I am the most passionate about: Bread Making, My Kiddos and my garden.
Sean does all the cow wrangling, and hauling animals around the valleys with my dad. He also does all my projects I seem to get us into. Let me tell you, he LOVES it!

We currently run 50 head of beef cows, 34 laying hens, 3 rescue turkeys, 3 dogs and 3 cats. It’s a zoo most days but life was way more boring when we lived in the city.
P.S. I don’t have a picture of the old man, but he grew up out in Hansen area. He has ran a mechanic shop in Jerome for what seems like forever, Fred Kenyon Repair. He also seems to have cow math down, which is a lot like chicken math. They just keep showing up! Partially may be my fault
.
