1 lb of pasta cooked Al dente
2lbs of ground beef
1/2 yellow onion
5-6 cloves of garlic chopped
salt/pepper/garlic powder to liking
Italian seasoning
1/3 cup flour
3 cups beef broth
3/4 cup half and half
Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cream cheese.
1. Start water and get pasta cooking
2. brown ground beef with onion and garlic
3. Add seasoning to cooking hamburger, drain pasta
4. add flour to browned hamburger and cook 3-5 minutes
5. add in beef broth, 1/2 and 1/2, Worcestershire sauce and cook until it begins to thicken. Add in cream cheese.
6. add pasta to sauce mixture and cook 5-10
minutes until it thickens to your liking. Enjoy!
