8 boneless pork chops

1.5 cups uncooked Basmanti rice (rinsed)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can beef consume soup (or 10 oz beef broth)

1/2 cup water

salt, pepper and garlic powder

 

1. preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. spray 9x13 pan, add rice, soups and water. Mix up.

3. season pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Lay on top of rice mixture.

4. cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, take foil off and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve!

 

** you can easily add in some broccoli or peas to the rice mixture to truly have a one pan meal!*
