Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

These potatoes are hands down my favorite way to make potatoes!! They are kinda life changing! They are crunchy, salty, buttery all in once. I promise, if you make them you won’t regret it!

Baby potatoes

1/2 stick of butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1 TBSP Danos seasoning (can use garlic powder in lieu of. Just add salt to taste when using garlic powder!)

1/2 tsp rosemary

black pepper to taste

Avacado oil spray or olive oil spray

1. preheat oven to 425, put butter in a 9x13 pan to melt while preheating. Be mindful it will burn so keep an eye on it and pull out once melted

2. cut potatoes in half and score as pictured

3. add seasonings and Parmesan cheese to melted butter and whisk

4. place potatoes in pan cut side down, spray tops with oil spray of choice and sprinkle more danos seasoning on

5. bake for 30 minutes until tender and cheese is golden brown. Serve!

Hey Shawna, We can do grass fed/grass finished beef. We just need to know ahead of time! Fall beef is the perfect time to do that because they are on pasture all summer so a September share would be a perfect time for that. Our beef only get antibiotics when needed, We put their health first, and our needs second. which is very infrequently (we’ve had to treat 3 calves in the last couple of years) and typically the ones who get sick enough to require antibiotics never hit the weight we like for processing. Therefore you will never get a beef that has had antibiotics from us. Thank you!

Kayla

I’m drooling! Thanks for sharing. I’ve been following you on fb and liking what you’re doing. Keep up bvb the great work!
Question… do you offer pasture grass fed pasture grass finished no antibiotic beef? I really like the more wild flavor and preferably in medicated or as close as I can get.
Thanks!

Shawnna
